Inclusive Cultures in Schools

 Inspirational conferences for Heads ~ Principals ~ Governors ~ SENCOs  ~ School Leaders

New for 2018 the National SEND Awards will be presented at regional conferences.  Each day conference will feature speakers on topics of school leadership and special educational needs.

Topics include:

  • What makes an inclusive school
  • Whole-school approaches and ethos to meeting the needs of the vulnerable
  • Staff engagement and wellbeing
  • Effective management of support staff to meet the social, emotional and mental health needs of pupils

The content will be adapted at each to meet local need.

There are 200 subsidised tickets available for each conference thanks to our lovely partners.  We will be limiting these to two per setting in order to share the good practice with more schools.

The National SEND Awards are free-to-enter annual awards covering inclusion up to 25 years old in education, training and employment. They are hosted by The Root Of It and judges come from the National Association of Head Teachers, Achievement for All, Nurture UK and the National Parents Carers Forum Network. This year to share their national expertise they are hosting seven regional events for senior staff in primary and secondary schools plus colleges to attend across the UK.
